Enrollment: Undergraduate or graduate college student accepted or enrolled full-time or part-time in an accredited Athletic Training Education Program (proof required).

Residency: Must live in or attend school in Alabama.

Essay (500-1,000 words): "How will this scholarship help you achieve your goals and honor the values of Drew Ferguson?"

Three Letters of Recommendation: From teachers, mentors, employers, or community leaders.
