Board of Certification
The Board of Certification, Inc. (BOC) is an agency that provides a certification program for entry level athletic trainers. They establish both the standards for the practice of athletic trainers and the continuing education requirements for BOC Certified Athletic Trainers. There are many steps to become a Certified Athletic Trainer, so do not hesitate to contact your program director. Once you are registered, the BOC offers practice domain tests! These can give you insight on which domains you should focus on studying more.
